Для того, чтобы переспросить/уточнить информацию мы задаем короткий вопрос, который состоит из вспомогательного глагола do или does/формы глагола be/have или has + местоимения, которое использовалось в утверждении или которым можно заменить соответствующее существительное из утверждения.
